Grey Bear is a healthcare marketing and communications consultancy with a difference.
We have a big vision for the the future of agencies and consultancies. CEO, Emma Clayton, started her career in pharmaceuticals back in 1998. In 2017, she started Grey Bear with a single-minded mission to provide what was missing in the marketplace to pharmaceutical clients.
She built the consultancy upon the foundations of energy, excellence, expertise, efficiency, effectiveness and empathy. She understood the frustration with large agencies, the stifling lack of creativity that was causing service levels to fall. As a team of experts, we want to MAKE a difference, and we want to BE the difference.

The Grey Bear way
Emma also recognised a new way of remote working that didn’t compromise on creativity and service excellence. We are made up of a talent pool of ex-large agency experts who no longer fit the 9-5 working model and who want to make a difference to clients whilst balancing their own lives.
Flexible, remote working married with modern technology brings the freedom to create and communicate without traditional constraints of where and when to work.

We are budget efficient. We don’t maintain expensive offices and pass this on in our fees. We are transparent with our costs, and we work efficiently and make every penny work hard for you.
